Delete your Pactra account

Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account deletion. Version 1.2 · 31 August 2026

You can delete your Pactra account without extra cost. Deletion is permanent.

In the app (preferred)

Open Pactra and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support.pactra@gmail.com from the address on the account. Use the subject “Delete Pactra account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership before we delete the account.

What is deleted

Profile, workouts, social content you created, messages tied to your membership, and personal data we hold, deleted or anonymized typically within 30 days. Some records may remain where the law or the stores require it (for example a ban or a purchase identifier).

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your Pactra account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. If you do not want to be charged again, cancel in:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Apple and Google handle refunds according to their policies.
