Pactra Terms of Use
By using the Pactra application (“App”) or this website, you agree to these terms. These terms apply in addition to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Google Play Terms of Service.
1. Service
Pactra is a mobile fitness platform with workout logging, social features, challenges, gamification, optional coaching, and optional paid plans. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Account and security
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share it.
- One person should use one account. We may suspend accounts used to evade bans or abuse quotas.
3. Age
You must be at least 13 years old. The App is not directed at children under 13.
4. User content
- You are responsible for photos, videos, and text you upload.
- You may not share illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or copyright-infringing content.
- You grant Pactra a limited license to host and display that content so the App can function (feed, profile, challenges).
- We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
5. Health disclaimer
Follow workout programs at your own risk. Consult a professional if you have health concerns. Pactra is not liable for physical injuries that may result from using the App, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, brand, and interface design belong to Pactra. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Exercise names and your own logs remain yours; the product UI and brand do not.
7. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Pactra Pro and Pactra Elite are optional auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Billing periods are monthly or yearly. The store shows the price for your country before you confirm. We do not set a different price inside the App than the store shows.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Yearly plans may include a 14-day free trial as a store introductory offer. Monthly plans do not include a trial.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Restoring purchases re-links a subscription you already paid for to this Pactra account.
- Deleting your Pactra account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the store if you do not want to be charged again.
- Unused time in a period is not refunded except where required by law or store policy. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google.
8. Account termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior warning. You may delete your account in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support. See Delete account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes may be shown in the App. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms unless the law requires extra consent.
